Responsibilities:
1. Develop the German and also EU markets,identification of customers, applications, and segments that are an attractive fit for Tecloman's energy storage products and services.
2. Responsible for coordinating and creating overall project quotes for large battery storage systems, becoming the first point of contact for acquiring new customers and guiding the entire order process.
3. Support and further develop existing customers and contacts and perform reliable quotation tracking and sales market document data analysis.
4. Build relationships with key customers, channel partners, EPCs and industry stakeholders at multiple levels
5. Be an advocate for Tecloman customers, gathering and disseminating competitive intelligence and bid feedback to improve Tecloman products and go-to-market strategies.
6. Support the sales and bidding stages of energy storage projects in EU region.Deliver on quarterly and annual sales order intake and margin targets established in coordination with the Sales Director.
Requirements:
1. Successful completion of a Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Renewable energy or related engineering fields.
2. More than 3 years of professional experience as an electrical product sales engineer3. Possess sales-oriented actions and excellent presentation skills
4. Very good business knowledge and negotiation skills. Fluent in German and English
5. High sense of personal responsibility and self-organization ability. Strong communication skills and cross-cultural abilities
6. Willing to travel domestically and internationally (EU) for business
